ANYWAYs...... XD In my comm art class we did the Doodle 4 Google contest has anyone else done it at their school?!?!? XD just curious... XD I can't show my entry on DA though, otherwise people would think that I stole it >.< lol XD
ANYWAYS again.... We have at least 30 people combined that take comm art at mah Vo-Tech, (about 18 including myself in the Juniors' AM class and 16 Seniors in the PM class) and everyone did a design/drawing. Only 6 can be entered in from a school, so we had everybody who works at the Vo-Tech vote to see who got to be in the D4G contest.. (also the students voted XD) but like GUESS WHAT?!?!? mine was chosen to go! woo hoo! XD lol yeah, I'm excited XD lol the grand prize winner gets like $25k for any college you want, a laptop, and lots of other extra stuff 8D XD lol I'm not getting my hopes up too much, but like yeah XD That would be awesomely cool XD We took like a whole week off to do this contest (most of it was thumbnails and ideas, cause that is like the MOST important part for serious lol you can have the most AMAZING drawing, but if it doesn't incorporate Google's theme, etc. it is no good ) Then a lot of the time was working on the pic itself in Photoshop and Painter XD I seriously worked at least 6 hours on just painting it during the weekend, not counting the two days I spent on it in class the few days before... XD lol I'm just glad I got a good idea.... wow I rant a lot!
